I offer private and group sessions in the town where I live, La Herradura in the South of Spain
The Art for Ritual: Goddess Series class is dedicated to exploring different goddesses. These sessions unfold on three levels.
We begin by building a foundational intellectual understanding, providing the mind with a sense of safety.
Next, we connect with the spiritual essence of the Goddess, allowing Her energy to flow through our emotions. Finally, we engage in astral travel to meet the Spirit, receive Her messages, and incorporate these insights into our creative work. We draw, paint, sculpt or weave, all depending on the subject and what is being called through my channeling. The gatherings are kept small and intimate to ensure depth and a high-quality experience for each participant. This year we begun with Lilith, a goddess who’s energy beautifully aligns with the Year of Horse, its fire, liberation and power. If you feel drowned to connect with Lilith but cannot join our in person circle, feel free to contact me for an individualized guidance.
Drawing from Nature is a workshop for adults and teens happening on on March 7th. If you are looking to slow down for a moment, and immerse yourself in nature, we are offering a workshop to give time and space to draw plants on our farm. We will provide technical guidance, environment, and supplies to help you grow in your drawing confidence. Beginners and advanced artists welcome.

Movement:
Opening the Channels of Stored Emotions and Memory
Dance was my first form of self-expression as a child. I danced ballet for 10 years, practiced yoga since 2001, and danced
whenever I could.
During my art studies, movement took a backseat, as the focus shifted to more intellectual pursuits at the master’s level.
Returning to movement felt like coming home.
Over the years, I’ve explored many powerful methods and schools of feminine movement, each leaving its mark. This journey naturally evolved into a unique healing experience, where I integrate movement, guided meditation, astral travel, and Reiki to facilitate deep healing. Feminine Movement Meditation is a weekly in-person class that brings together meditation and dance. Imagine yourself in the most natural and comfortable position your body asks for at the moment.
Your eyes are closed and you feel safe.
You start breathing your own rhythm.
My directions are simple and specific yet open enough for you to start exploring your own unique movement of energy. You enter your inner world and find yourself guided by the forces of your body rather than the mind. No one is watching, your confidence grows and you discover new channels running through your vessel. You feel a new level of relaxation, power, sensuality and heart connection. On the physical level you release the energy that causes pre- and menopause symptoms
(there is no better movement for it and I am my own proof!).
Psychologically you feel fully prepared for the day and anything life brings you.
